My daughter wore one.  She was 2.5 at the time. I took it off so she could go potty, and we walked out of the bathroom. I was about to put it on when I heard my neighbor’s son in the boy’s bathroom yelling something. I walked over to the door and asked if he needed anything. I looked back and my daughter was under water just standing right at the bottom of the last step.. water over her head. I ran and got her.. had to be under for 10-15 secs.. she’s okay thankfully..
