Crystal Brummond- My daughter wore a puddle jumper weeks before she had a non-fatal drowning. Before I knew that I was causing a false sense of swimming knowledge for her. I thought I was keeping her safe by putting her in floaties but I actually contributed to her drowning by putting her in it!
