I’m so sorry. I’ve used this for years and I never thought. I had the same thing happen to me with my eldest. After all day jumping in the pool he grew comfortable and when we went to leave after packing up I took off his vest. I turned around to grab the bags and such and as we go he flings himself in the water…..sinks like a stone.

I half pay attention thinking it’s some OTHER child and then notice he didn’t surface…then noticed my child wasn’t behind me. I jump in the water fully clothed and thankfully he’s okay but we both learned a sobering lesson. I’m so so so sorry you lost your son it was almost me too babe.
