On August 14, 2019 I loss my daughter to a drowning.  She was inside my parents home and opened the door and went outside.  She walked right to the pool just like her favorite movie Moana.  She always wore a Puddle Jumper.  I didn’t know.  I had no clue that this device put my daughter in a position in the water that made her sink faster.😞  I will help and do anything to help not have these devices on the market!  Let me know how I can help?!?!
