My son was a near  drowning last summer. My husband was able to perform CPR and revive him. We never let him in a body of water without a life vest or puddle jumper. He had been in swim lessons since an infant. These 100 percent give them the confidence that they can swim. He jumped in while I was taking off my older daughter’s floaties. It happens so quickly and quietly.
