I teach survival swim to babies and toddlers. I make the parents sign a consent form regarding the facts about puddle jumpers. When a father of my student saw a group of children wearing puddle jumpers at their community pool he paid close attention to those children. He said sure enough he witnessed a child return to the pool without the device! No one saw this child drowning but him! He rushed over to save the child’s life! He returned the child to the unknowing family!

Thank God he knew the facts to be there to save this child’s life! I congratulated him as he is a hero!
