Hey all!!

If you have experienced a drowning, even if it was what you would consider to be more of a close call, and your child uses or used flotation devices in the pool (not necessarily that day), we need to hear from you! So, that means anyone whose child died from, was injured from or was rescued without injury from a submersion event of any kind, in any kind of water, and whose child also used a flotation device all the time, most of the time or even just sometimes when in a pool, please help us by filling out this survey below!
